Create an item type
Define the category (e.g. "Diamond Ring") and add whatever custom fields describe your items — Carat, Metal, Stone, Weight, Color, Serial, IMEI, VIN — any field, any type.
Enter each item
Add your stock one unit at a time. Fill in the fields, set the sell price and cost. The app suggests values from previous entries to speed things up.
Sell — status updates automatically
When you add an item to an invoice and close it, the status changes from In Stock to Sold. The item links permanently to the invoice. No manual updates needed.
