Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rotonda POS application ("the App"), developed and operated by El Cheikh Ayman ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own business or personal use. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the App.

Access Model

Rotonda POS offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial ends, continued access requires either an active subscription (purchased through the app store) or a valid activation code. Some features may remain limited until access is unlocked.

Subscriptions & Billing

Rotonda POS Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, purchased and managed through your Google Play account.

Plans: Monthly — €9.99 · Annual — €79.99. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required, and local prices may vary by country and currency.
Free trial offer: The monthly plan may include a first month free, available to new customers who have not previously subscribed. Unless cancelled before the free period ends, the subscription converts to a paid subscription and you will be charged.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payment: Payment is charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
Managing & cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play account settings (Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the paid period.
Refunds: Purchases and refunds are handled according to the Google Play refund policy. We do not separately process payments and cannot issue refunds outside of the store's policy.

Activation Codes

As an alternative to a store subscription, access may be granted via an activation code (for example, through direct sales or authorized resellers). Activation codes are subject to the tier and duration assigned when issued, and may be device-limited. Codes are non-transferable and may be revoked if obtained or used improperly.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the App's licensing, security, or access controls;
Resell or redistribute access to the App without authorization.

Your Data & Backups

Rotonda POS is offline-first: your business data is stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups (including the optional Google Drive backup). We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, deletion, or failure to back up.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it meets any specific accounting, tax, or regulatory requirement. You are responsible for verifying that your use of the App complies with the laws applicable to your business.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Italy, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.
